Weapon for a paladin
I've decided to start my way to becoming a paladin and became a page. When I reach 4th job, what type of weapon would you recommend for 1)bossing and 2)mobbing?
I mean like
-1H vs 2H
-Sword vs Axe vs Mace
-Shield or no Shield

Actually 1H Mace + Shield is best for damage. Since both Emp mace and Emp sword have the same attack and weapon speed, the extra money spent on buying the sword could have been used on perfecting you're mace or other equipment.
paladins dont USE axes. and 1h sword/mace is the BEST way. period. cant take advantage of the defensive skills without one!

2h Mace pally FTW! Rationale: If you can get a perfected 2h Empress BW for a fraction of the price of a sword or 1h due to less demand and get the scrolls for it ALSO at a fraction of the price. Not many people use them so its really really really easy to get them. Also, its a lot faster training in the lower ish levels before level 140 due to low str. Many people also do not have access to high W. att and % str shields due to them being so low in supply.
be the only pally in your server with 2H axe xD
shield only if you can get it with watt and %str, otherwise go for 2H. Check sword, axe, and mace for more watt
