Hello, my friend just found a cape called elite helsium cape and it is superior with like 20 all stat, and 9 weapon attack for pirates.. is that worth anything?

9 att is underaverage (10 weapon att is average). If you psok, you can make more than the 1:50 nx rate. I sold my 12 att thief heliseum cape (with a hammer on it so 2 slots clean) for 500m. They're not that rare, considering i had rows of heliseum equips If you get one that's above average, then you should psok it. Regardless, a clean would sell for 300m+
400m~500m for a PSoK'd one.
They're not that rare, you can find a couple of Heliseum Equips from Treglow, Velderoth, or Victor during 2x every hour or so.

It was several hundred mil the last time I checked but they are pretty easy to obtain and they require a PSoK to trade every time
