Shield or Secondary weapon?
Okay for so Bandits or mages, is it better to be a shield user or a secondary weapon user?
CAuse I know this dkhanjar gives me 32 attack and some %Luk. but it heard secondary items can give u boss% and pdr%, is that true?

Shields still have all the old potentials they had before, weapon potentials were just added into the mix, so if you want to spend less on cubing, secondary weapons are easier to cube because they have less junk lines than shields do. You'll miss out on the stats you can gain from scrolling for Att/M.Att though.
iirc shields can give weapon potential now, so shields with attack is better
Shields are secondary weapons.
