Help me improve equipment for dmg
Okay currently these are my equipment sets and ive excluded counting nebs bonus, im only requesting comments on equipment to increase my damage rather than link skills etc. Ive got about 600m to spare.
Range is about 37k self buffed w/o ds
Cape: Empress 2att 6str 6% str
Gloves: Empress 10att 16str 9% str
Head: Empress 1att 40str 6%str
Face: Renegades 6str
Eyes: Renegades 6str
Overall: Empress 2att 51str 9%str
Pendant: MoN 10att 2str
Belt: Green leather belt 4%str
Boots: Empress 2att 25str 9% str
Rings collectively: 14att 14str 3%str (Angelic Blessing, Tempest, Crusader Zeal, EvoRing II)
Ear: 6%str
Weapon: Empress 159att 46str 15% Ignore Def
Shoulder: Legends Maple 2att 5str
Shield: Blue Dragon 21str 4%str
Totem: 3att 12str

I think first and foremost though, since he's so far away from being decent, he should focus on getting that tinkerer so that at least he has some sort of extra bonus that he can work on later. He just needs to slowly work on his character but most people end up spending nx. As long as you regulate funds properly it shouldn't be a problem.
EDIT: oops, sorry in windia tinkerers can be as low as 350m. 700m for a decent set isn't so bad since tyrants is out of the question.

Yellow Tinker crap are expensive, he'll be best off with Tempest Shoulders with %STR and a 6-8%STR Belt (Last time I saw the Yellow Tinker accessories they were like 500m clean, I may be outdated)
Your %STR is obviously very good for Empress so you need to maximize your attack. I'd recommend Innocence your gloves because no offense they're a failure LOL, rescroll them with atk properly. Get Mystic Face and Eye Accessories and Chaos them to get more attack, your rings should be changed, people have already given you what you should get for them. If you can try get a new sword maybe with better pot, getting some %ATK will help a lot.

any comments on me scrolling my empress for str rather than att? will this be restricting on how far i can get my range?
evo ring III is probably the biggest bang for your buck
also, mystic face/eye
Get some 12% str earrings, then merch some more and go for a higher att weapon with a better potential
