I'm looking to see what to get or what to improve with 250m to get a better dmg range. So far i have this stuff:
*If i don't specify a potential, assume it is revealed but it is too crappy and doesn't count for anything or the item cannot have potential*
- 181 ATT empress xbow epic 8% crit, 18 STR
- Clean empress set (hat/overall/shoes) / 12 ATT 3 slot empress gloves
- Blood mask
- Mark of naricain
- 3 ATT true shot
- Mystic eye accessory
- 6% DEX half earrings
- 6% DEX tempest epaulet
- 6% DEX 2 ATT tempest ring / 10 ATT 10 STR/DEX evo ring / absolute ring / crit ring
- 4 ATT 3% DEX belt
- 10 ATT 25 STR/DEX 3% DEX elite heliseum cape
- 10 STR/DEX 10 ATT 3 slot beryl heart

I would avoid replacing that absolute ring, but apart from that yeah...
Also, it may be wise not to spend 250m at all. Crafting, fusing and using potential scrolls(on your crafted gear) that you pick up might be a better alternative.
Especially with your Mystic Accessories, you can purchase them unlimited amount of times and they are not one-of-a-kind. Buy multiple and fuse them together.
Get 6% dex rings to replace the absolute/crit ring, get a 6% dex belt and perhaps a better true shot?
