What inspires you to draw?
Hey guys! I was wondering what are things or people that inspire you to draw.
For me, it is OceanChan on DeviantArt that inspires me. Her determination of continuing to improve her proportions just stuns me. And her improvement even shows through her constant artwork! She also made me realize that not everyone that loves to draw is not blessed with the best of luck in their early years (i.e no art class or teacher, program, etc). That's what keeps me drawing because I realize that I have this similar situation right now: no art class in my high school so I self-teach myself for the time being.
So, how about you? Who or what inspires you to draw?

boredom + cartoons
I just draw for fun... a hobby, free time. etc.
A lot of things! Things in life (like a beautiful sky or trees), other people. Rumiko Takahashi was probably the first professional to ever inspire me (even if I don't like his/her art anymore). I really admire omocat's and nuriko-kun's art right now, they're very inspiring, especially omo. Then there will be the things in my imagination, like story ideas and stuff. I have a comic I want to do and it was inspired by a class current events discussion lol.
Mostly other people's art. I aspire to be as good as other people someday.

Sorry about it being a little bit broad =/ I meant it being a broad question because I know there are a lot of ways that people are inspired to draw by, but I am curious to know what are the most common inspirations for an artist to keep on drawing. Sure, I should've asked about what of the inspiration is the most likely to inspire a person (i.e style, coloring, etc). Thanks for catching that; I tend to ask broad questions most of the time, sadly xD

A lot of stuffs like videos, mangas, music, boredom, day dreaming, etc, etc. Like what Sake said, this is a pretty broad question.
Boredom. I'm all about strange creatures nowadays.
