Updated Inner Ability
So at first i had 7% boss damage on 2nd line and today in 30+ tries (370k honor exp) i got this :

total spent for 2 good lines : 1.5m+- honor exp
(this is achievement by the way)

Oh okay. Sorry for the misunderstanding lol when you said you rerolled with 800k honour and got nothing I was quite in shock

Of course I locked my legendary and my +1Atk speed, I was rerolling my second/third line.
Still trying to get my +1 attack speed IA ever since they revamped it. Sigh...
