How screwed am I?
I made a Jett a few days ago and I just got to my third job (whatever the lvl 60 is now) and I hadn't maxed Starline 2, so now I can't put any points into Starline 3.
It has 19 points X_X
How screwed am I?

To be honest, after 4th job and maxing all skills you will not be using any starline at all, it'll seem completely useless so don't worry about that. You should be fine with falling stars and the other starlines for training up until 4th job when starlines will be useless to you.
jett is a waste of time just delete the character and make a mihile
Just remake the character if you have an available slot and delete the old one later. Use the 2x event to train. You should get to 100+ before today ends.
if its only lvl 60 i would just remake the character
The anniversary is right around the corner and usually there's an SP reset scroll.
Star Line may not seem useful at first but it is a great help in 4th job training. If you can get an SP reset for second job I would do so. If not you may have to remake
