I mean low-funding, not high-funding with 21% items and such. I just want to make sure that I hit like 25% more.

why fund a kanna at lvl 74 when most of your end game equips are not available yet due to lvl restriction? wait for 120 maybe for start funding your kanna so u can know how much fund u need even with thte helps of your 4th job skills
25% is easy with tempest accessories. 400mil can get you that for sure because int is the cheapest stat too.
