Totes thought I'd be able to get| Impeccable Memory, I was wrong. What's the next best one to max out? Priere D'Aria? Cane Expert? Mille?

This was the ranking in which i considered, which skills were my top priorities in maxing out first
-Cane expert as the 1st
-Aria as the 2nd
-Impec as 3rd
-Mille as 4th
-then the rest
Cane expert cause it's a passive +30 att and i think it's the 2nd most expensive book for phantoms (or at least from what I've observed)
