Even with stance which is 100% KB resist. It does not apply to everything. Bosses for example on certain attacks can still knock you back. If you've ever used assassinate you'll know you don't get knocked back while using it even when Magnus does his spinning attack. Basically, we're getting the same thing now with BB and FB. Means we have true 100% stance against everything.
To clear up the second part. That basically means we won't get 1 hit KOed by KO attacks providing we are casting this skill. Damage reduction will apply to % HP attacks. The damage reduction part was added recently to BB. Hope this clears things up for people.
Overall decent, but we really need faster animation speed on BB and 1-2 extra lines on BB for this to be perfect.

Adding a CD to tempest and limiting our mobbing capability is kinda unnecessary, hopefully we'll see some more tweaking before it gets to us

I think we are going to be able to boss a lot better.
their bossing will increase but at the expense of their mobbing capability. instead of hitting 8 mobs its now 6 and tempest has a cooldown. not significant nerfs but it might affect gameplay slightly
They're good and will get stronger after the buff.
