Here's not really an answer, but an idication from the Nexon Q&A:

Question: After the Bigbang Patch, the NPC to enter the Visitor PQ was removed. Characters left inside are still able to PQ, but no one else can enter. Was this intended?
Answer: So, short answer is it was intended to remove the Visitors PQ, but only because we could not implement it fully after Big Bang. We would like it to come back soon, but it will take a lot of work. We know that some users are still able to do it, but that is not intentional and we will get it fixed soon.

That doesn't mean it isn't coming back...
From what I make out of it that means they're going to update it and don't want people inside it while updating.

No need to flame, like I said, I'm throwing the idea out there. If nexon is removing the people from the Visitor PQ site, it suggest that even if they are bringing it back, it won't be anytime soon, as they are taking their time with their "coding" and removing people currently inside for no further complaints.

That doesn't mean anything.
They just don't want people to be there still, they have to readjust everything afterall.

people who were inside vpq area were still able to do the pq...so i dought it had anything to do with coding.

Everyone, I was completely aware of the interview and how Nexon said they will bring it back, this is just something I'm throwing out there.

They're doing that JUST NOW? I have no hopes of them fixing body boost for battle mages any time soon...Probably in like a year.. <_<

Basically, Nexon USA coded it themselves, and when using Nexon Korea's Big Bang coding, it renders their VPQ inaccessible. Until they update the PQ, which would take long time since they have to recode it from scratch WITHOUT Nexon Korea's support, it isn't going to be readded anyway.
