I'd get the Magnus Andriod, then keep it in my inventory and only take it out when I need the shop ._.
I'd would go with damage skin

Just get what you want. Though I prefer damage skins as it costs less to get and with the androids you have to kind of worry about getting the heart for it and all. But that's my preference. You can make your own decision on what to get.
Magnus android has a weird face.
