@lokithestrange: Yea they used to be really bad. Their live chat actually made their system MUCH better

I mean... back when I played they were a pretty bad company (it took them over a year to answer one of my tickets). Plus back in JUMP update, I got a 1 month ban for no reason and there was nothing I could do but make a new account 'cause of how bad their CS was (It would take them longer than 1 month to read my ticket). Not sure if it's any different now.
