Physics Help Please

I wanted to know the formula to get speed when given mass, force, and the amount of time the force is applied on that mass.

Make that a=dv/dt just to be accurate and it's ready to go! (d=delta or change in)
Which simplifies into the one dimensional kinematics equation: v=vi+at (v=final velocity, vi=initial velocity)
