Yet another question of efficiency
Is it better to scroll a Fafnir 2h with 15% Wep att that adds 9 att +Str along with CSS 10% ORRR do the 1h/2h anniversary scroll 40% giving 10 wep att +10 on all stats with CSS 10% AND I HAVE TO BUY PROTECTION SCROLLS! Which way is more efficient and I get the most bang for the buck.

Prime scrolls are the best scrolls so far.
If you can possibly use them - go for it.
Shielding Ward scrolls let you keep *YOUR ITEM* in case the scroll makes your equip get destroyed. (5500 NX)
Guadrian Scrolls let you keep *THE SCROLL* in case the scroll fails. (2400 NX)
Shield Scroll let you keep *THE SLOT* on your item in case the scroll fails. (2800 NX)
All of the above stay, until they are used one time, except Shield scroll which dissapears after one scroll is used.
If you can use 10 primes on your item, you would have achieved the maximum potential you item could have as a result of scrolls (of course, there's still enhancements, soul items, and potentials, and items could also be above average).
traces obviously, especially during fever time which is coming up. get someone with 100 diligence in a lvl 25 guild. that'd give you 39% which is basically prime's pass rate..
with the cost of 10 primes alone is probably enough to cover the cost of perfect tracing (mostly for css).

Cash shop scrolls that protect the next scroll used and safety scrolls protect your slots

What are guardians? (Coming back from a 2 year leave, sorry)
I would believe the safest route would be 15% spell trace with Safeties Efficient would probably be primes with Prots and safeties but thats just how i'd do it....
EDIT: With Gaurdians as well dont want my precious primes to be wasted
