Ipad 2 vs New Ipad

So I'm on a budget and I would prefer to get the new Ipad but money is scarce. Help me make this decision.

- Able to render games and video a little faster
- Better camera but don't see me using it much
- Better resell value

- Roughly twice as long to fully charge
- Slightly heavier

- Lighter
