It'll be big basing off what your level the Nobless is before you advance. IMO, it is not worth it. Nobless is hard to train since you have to leech 90% of the time. As a result of leeching, your leveling speed will be far slower than a NW when it actually comes.
So lets say you advanced at level 100 and got all the way to 4th job, you will have HP as if you were a level 70 or even lower HP. Trust me, as a NL/NW with that little HP at those levels is pretty much telling us you wana die 100% of the time. Unless you are very funded and the monsters miss you 99% of the times. But that means you have used around 1trillion meso funding...
Edit: If you wana get ready now, get yourself to level 10 so you dont have to waste the time making it to level 10 when it actually comes. But then again, there are those "level events" where if you reach a certain level, you get certain free-bies.
