One thing we eat pretty often is snails. Literally hundreds of snails in a big pot, cooked, and sucked out through their shells to be eaten one by one. I like it
Me and a few friends were on a trip to California a month ago and as we were passing through Arizona, we stopped for lunch at a Mexican deli type shop. I ordered a burrito that had cow tongue and chili peppers in it. Although spicy, it was very good. The tongue tasted like roast beef, just a little bit gamier.
Cow tongue.
It taste good if washed and cooked properly.
