Just a quick question, would deleting a mule char off one of the accounts allow me to reinvite another char? Thanks guys

You can't delete a character without leaving the crew. Get kicked and then try. I'm not sure, but I was told it's only once per account. Sad.
Probably, but if you go to the host, and you go to your crew, and you right click on the player's name, you can kick them IIRC. I know that if you go on the mule and right click the leader's name in the crew menu that you can leave the crew
