Enough funds to make Low Dex?
Alright, I have about 10mil, Is this able to sustain a low-dex NW or sin?
I have a Zhelm , screw the 50mil lol
Disregard the stars because I know I'll have to stick with Tobis or lower for now.

For sure. Just start out DEXless, buy the essentials, and build your funds through merching, or simply getting lucky with good deals. You'll make money on LMPQ to buy some better equips, and there's always quests that you can do for money. The worst case scenario is that you have a higher base DEX than some other NLs. Whatever you can achieve, but I think you'll be surprised how well you do when it comes to you starting to add DEX at level ~100.
Either way, don't let funds discourage you. There's a ton of NLs (such as myself, Orange111, and Lunalord) who started out without any mesos, and we're all working our way up.
