Keep circulating?
So [url=http://i.imgur.com/Agt8wiq.jpg]these[/url] are my inner abilities. HP is very important to me (Demon Avenger). Honor level also included in file (in case it's relevant).
I have 400 circulators (exactly ).
Should I circulate?

With a unique ability I think you can get up to +15 attack, which is far better than 5%hp. Keep in mind that for DA, 1% HP =/= 1% stat for other classes, since the formula divides your hp by 9 instead of the standard 4.

No...he can't. Level 20 Inner abilities tend to be capped at level 5 for non-nx circulations. That is the max he can get. If he used a Nx ciculator it would have been Max hp 10%.
Keep going. ATT is WAY more valuable than %Hp for a DA. Just a simple +8 ATT ability would outdamage 5% Hp, that is unless you've got boatloads of ATT (500+)
I'd keep it. It is equal to %5 str on a warrior/%5 int on a mage/etc...
5% main stat for unique is a pretty good ability.

Actually for non-nx circulators that is the max hp% he can get for Unique.
I'm not sure but that may be the best Inner Ability for a demon avenger, or one of the best. I say keep it.
im sure you can do better, but you have the risk of going down to epic. or even rare
