Free Anti virus softwares suggestions?
So today I deleted the computer's antivirus software because apparently some glitch that took 3/4 of the whole memory disk was in it...
So I'm stuck on square one: finding a anti-virus software. Any suggestions?
P.S. No software=can't load up Maplestory for some reason

Well... The computer's acting up trying to recover the old files and it won't download anything atm so...

been using Avira for about 6 years now, works great

You put the Url where it says "url="
I use avira
AVAST. not a trial, very lightweight.
Or just redo your disk as a Linux and run MS there.
@Hediyoshi Thats anti malware, not anti virus, theres a difference though its good to have both.
AVG has a really good trial, Avast is alright, and Windows Defender is also good for being free.
You could get a free trial of Webroot.
avast! is pretty good
avast! is my favourite. Seems to be more helpful than bitdefender imo. You can also disable the voice thing that comes up.
