I hate how they often don't READ your email. They'll just send out a generic response to everyone having similar issues.
Like, they don't really create a personal response and their message doesn't indicate that they read your issue properly.
It's so annoying.

My friend had a problem with commerci so he emailed nexon.
Nexon told him to write on the forums.

I'm sure they were just tired of hearing people tell them how horrible their game/service was and decided to just turn it off, Like that one boss who's suggestion box is actually a trash can...
