Why do people get surprised for obvious things?

To explain my title, I'll put an example:
1.- KMS in gets patch a year ago that removes crap potentials
2.- GMS makes a poll a year later asking if we want to get rid of crap potentials.
3.- Patch is released as a copy-paste from KMS.
4.- People thank GMS for having "listened to us".

And this repeats over and over, KMS gets something, then nexon asks us what do we want in future updates with options that will come anyway and after that people is like "Nexon is improving", etc... Why? Why you people cannot read? You can see this all around basil, some people surprised that thieves got triple jump, others that magicians got level adv. at lv10 now, others at other stuff...

Orange mushroom's blog and Spadow's tumblr are not a secret to anyone, neither is SouthPerry. People also asks stuff that is on the official website as patch notes, why? Why can't you people read?

Also, to people saying "if you not like it then don't play", most of us like the game, not the company that owns it.

@Tenka: I don't think that we're ever getting additional options, MEEs, or 90% 9att scrolls, because those are what effectively (sorta) killed KMS
You forget that this is GMS. They could've easily left the crap potentials in because then people would have to spend more money cubing to get what they want.
The patchs always comes sooner or later, the only thing that we haven't had yet is the additional options, the rest is all here, wether Nexon likes it or not.

Why do people get so upset over nothing?

We get excited because they at least apply the changes, what if they never intended to plan the R.E.D patch to come to GMS today?

It's yet another "TOO MUCH COPY-PASTE FROM KMS" along with the supposedly frustrating "you guys already saw this before".
