You will still have your UA skills and you'll still be a UA..
How I know this? I changed my UA I/L to a F/P and I still have my summon and skill. And the 10 level equip bypass.

Isn't the only difference from UA that you get vampire? Because if it is, beginner skills don't reset so you wont lose vampire.
