Hi Basil, just looking for some guidance on the new 'cruel'(?) and critical explorer rings. Is the event ongoing? Can it be completed with new adventurers? Thanks.

can be storage transfered once only. stats are 3 all stats, 3att and matt, 300 hp and mp, 15% crit rate and 5% minimum crit rate increase
