You're actually totally fine, though you really should be providing screenshots of your gear. The "must have at least this much % boss" theory is nonsense. Ignore Straatlamp's advice on shuffling potentials, it's a complete waste of NX. Go straight for bonus pots during the next miracle time.

It's true your pdr is high, but you'll need that pdr anyway at endgame. Cubing it away now only to be forced to cube it back later is stupid.

Song of Heaven boss hyper also has a 20% boss passive.
You can use 20% boss potions to temporarily increase it, noblesse skills for the same reason.
Dojo gloves if you can obtain them after the recent revamp.

You get 10% from PB title, post reboot would put you at 237%
BT also gives 4%/7%/10% boss.
You could go for %boss inner. I'm not an expert on WA but WA uses hurricane style attacks and doesn't have too many buffs right? %boss inner might be the most beneficial for ya

The rest its probably going to be pretty hard to obtain
Maybe go for SS rank DA & Kanna Cards for 5%/5%
SS Rank sets also give 5% per set.

I have boss nebs, level 2 links, etc. Only things I'm missing are 20% boss leg IA, 5% from level 3 instead of level 2 DS link, and 5% from 25% instead of 20% neb on my main.

How are your nebs looking? Maybe get a %boss neb if you don't already have that. 2L of %atk lines are hard af to come across... So I suggest you keep both.
