Doesnt make any senslink skills
ive made a DA for the link skills,then at lvl 70 i linked the skill to my DS and the increase was from 35k to 37k then i lvled my DA to lvl 120 and RE linked the skill to my DS because my range didnt raise,it was still at 37k so when i RElinked the linked skill,nothing changed again...
explain me this?

I would calculate your range to check if you are getting right amount of %damage from the skill.. Honestly like said above, idk what's wrong.
I honestly have no idea what could be wrong. I can only recommend that you make sure that you are using the same items/ buffs as before and that you make sure that the link skill is labeled as level 2 incase there would be some server delay of some sorts. I just got mine to 120 as well and it worked for my Hero.
I think it takes a while to kick in. I linked a skill, played on my corsair for a couple of minutes (15 minutes) then relogged. The link skill kicked in
