Regarding Xenon Attack Speed
I was wondering if Xenon is able to reach Faster (2) with non-Terminus Jaeger Whipblades and booster without any other speed enhancing buffs (Decent SI/Inner Ability/MPE Pot). If not, then I gotta find a Terminus whipblade ._."

Ah. Seems simple enough. To be honest, I've never really had to worry about weapon speeds before since DBs hit the speed cap and such, so I don't really know too much about em. Thanks mate
