Hey guys I just wanna get a top/bot for my phantom and I was wondering how much % luk I could get with 800m. I was intending on giving the top and bot 400m each.

You are at a meso range that can get neither something good nor something good enough.
EX: 6% top + 6% bot = 400m.
9%~12% top or bottom would cost 700m+ each.
15%....max or more.
