i think it is post nerf phantom, but phantom itself have to be realeased yet.
so they probably patch non-nerfed phantom, then nerf it afterwards
We were like 4 weeks behind MSEA (which is like what? 6 months behind GMS?). They got demon slayers when we got mercedes. However, we did get our exclusive patch after demon slayer rather than alliance (while SEA did). So SEA is already halfway justice, and we didn't even have alliance yet.
But now they do just 1 huge leap xD
