The older Ninja Castle Familiar Cards seem to have been updated to the new ninja castle mob levels. Both of my old level 50 cards have been updated to the 170+ version of the cards. I can confirm that the old Chunin and Kunoichi cards have gone up in level and strength in my own collection.
