@Maliphite: While that is true the time it takes to travel through the whole map set up mists and cast DoTs to make ME experience its full potential is too time consuming. Plus 3rd job for F/Ps is not as good as I/Ls because Ice Strike has a bigger range and hits faster than Explosion.
Truthfully both Dits and Sins suck in 2nd job. I just think Dits are better than Sins because Steal is stronger than Burst even though Burst has a bigger range than Steal. Dits also have an attack buff in 2nd job whereas Sins dont so theyll probably be weaker just not by that much though.
I reckon Bishops. 1~30 doesn't count Then from 30 ~ 70 you're standing in a middle platform spamming heal, which hits a fair amount of damage given the type advantage. Then obviously at level 70 you get HS. Clerics and Priests are very quick levelers.
Most Mages are pretty good levelers. In order it would probably go Bishop>I/L>F/P
Next are probably Archers. BMs and MMs are pretty much tied until 4th job.
Next maybe Pirates. Order might be Buccaneer>Corsair
Id say Thieves are a bit lower than Pirates. Sins have it worse than Dits in 2nd job; CBs have it worse than Hermits in 3rd job; Shad>Hermit in 4th job.
Last are Warriors because mobbing sucks in 2nd and 3rd job (for Paladins and Heroes at least) and its not until 4th job where they start hitting large mobs.
Fast lving hmmmmm i wonder what class gets an experience boost skill. OH RIGHT the only class that everyone desperately wants at LHC, almost every party quest, and any other place in this whole game. BISHOPS >.<
Any pirate really. Would go with cannoneer though because less squishy than sair/jett, and have helpful summons like anchor and the range on laser skills is just dam.

I'm not sure how well Heroes match up to other jobs at the moment, but with the huge buff we just got, you might want to consider them.
It doesn't depend on funds. Ot: ice lightning mages are like hacks with chain lightning.

Its not like explorers dont need funding like Arans/Evans...
