They were re-released in mass numbers during the Tempest event. I wonder where they all went...
@redeyed correct. They were first obtained from the Silver/Gold box event from back in 2009.
they used to drop in evo lab back when it was released.
I've got one in broa.
Had it for Ages, no clue how I got it.
Oh, I know it came waaay before that, but I'm saying it got rereleased in those boxes.

at one point there was an event that gave epic tempest accesories, also gave some va"nx" weapons turned into real weapons,this, and other various collectors items
Got like 20, but all in Windia or Broa, got mine via the box that gave out random items a while back, had a chance to get Faf weps, lvl 103 weps and other "Collector" items.
I don't know how you can get it now. Apparently some people said the item is discontinued. Mind sharing how you got yours?
You cant get it anymore? I have one but i'm in Windia...
