@AlphaWolfOne Does cdr effect hypers? Also how much does it reduce cd on claw, bind, etc. I never really even really thought of combat orders for reducing pdr even though it's kinda a given o.o

What is extremely useful in lowering CD is combat order. Just a suggestion. You don't even have to have it on main gear. Get lvl 100 tier up gear and cube for it. Its relatively easy to get.

I can understand I not affecting bind or soul splitter but death mark? really? its just drain.. jeeze.

Just to make a few things clear -
Buff duration does not effect hyper skills.
Also, it won't effect Bind, Soul Splitter or Death Mark.
However, you can reduce the cooldown if you really want to.

Just wondering, since you 'summon' the bind area, would the Corsair and Jett character cards have any effect on them?

I dont think buff duration affects hyper skills.

Buff duration doesnt affect bind, only buffs like mw, hyper skills, or spirit ward. If you have a character card that reduces skill cool downs like Mercedes (i think) then it should lower the cd time, but not by a lot tbh. Only thing buff duration is good for is for what @Harbour said and thats spirit ward.
