Tyrant Cape Tradability
Are you able to scissor it even though the Tyrant cape item in the store says on top "Untradable after Transaction".
So once I purchase it, will it allow me to scissor it? And are there any limitations for example up to a cap of 5 scissors?

"Untradeable after transaction means its been scissored" It will return to untradeable once you purchase it. Once you scissor it again it will become "Untradeable after transaction"
You can scissor & trade a tyrant cape as many times as you like (keep throwing dat $4 at nexon)
