Heros of Maple Packs Glitch

But the Heros of Maple packs were bugged for me. All of them were bugged
I'm pretty sure I got all 3, but I know for a fact I was never able to open Heros of Bossing pack.
I got the Heros of Bossing pack TWICE. yes twice. I got them 1 week apart. Idk why, but both times i got it, it never worked.
The first time i used it, I only ever got the safety charms, respawn token and buff freezers, while everything else inside the box never was never given to me, and the pop up telling me how much space i needed available never popped up again. After that, I got a error something alone the lines of "This can not be used right now" without it telling me how many spaces I needed available. I recall it telling me like once that I needed 5 use spots open and something. I had 5 use spots open and it still never worked.
I never got the epic pot 100%, the 2x exp/drop buffs or even the Onyx apples.
After I just gave up and soon the packs expired.
I swear if I don't get the Heros of Heros pack...

I did live chat with a GM and I got
"Thank you so much for patiently waiting. As for this issue, our Game Team is already looking on this matter. Rest assured that we will post an update on this case as soon as the investigation is done. I do apologize for the trouble this has caused you. Rest assured that we will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Anything else for now?"
And then I asked for a less vague response and:
"I do apologize that I am unable to provide any information regarding that matter as of the moment since the investigation is still on-going. Rest assured that you will receive an update as soon as the investigation is done."
I wouldn't hold my breath.

The Heroes of Bossing one (which I also got twice) only gave 1 2x exp coupon each time, when it said it would give 3. Honestly I don't think Nexon even cares at this point.
Its okay I didn't get the package either and I've got all 3 packs
They gave me a heroes of summer pack today, like what the heck? That's not even on the website of the lists of packs available. It also gave me things not even on the site either
Heroes of summer pack gave me the following:
(3) 2x drop coupon(1hour duration)
(3) 2x exp coupon (1hour duration)
Temporary gorilla robo pet(30 days duration)
(2) Premium pet food.
7 day Hyper Teleport Rock.
Honestly feel scammed at this point lmao.
Guess who didn't get the Heros of Heros Pack
You needed a total of 7/9 slots... The same thing happened to me, but I got my rewards after I cleared slots in my use tab.
