That has nothing to do with Nexon, you chose to exchange your $ for virtual items, you got nothing against Nexon if thats the case. they also state that buying mesos or equips with real money from other users is against the ToS, that might be why you got banned. Did you buy those 'hacked items' with mesos? Thats nexons own virtual currency & nexons virtual items, you still got nothing against them. As I said before, Nexon clearly states that they can ban anybody for any reason, they aren't required to give u the reason but I'm sure they will if you send a ticket in. I'm not a fan of Nexon but they tied up all their loop holes & theres nothing anybody can do about it. only thing you can do is send a ticket in or quit the game
You guys don't know what happened. How the hell will I know if some hacker sold me some hacked items that I have absolutely no idea about? And why would Nexon not tell me the specific reason to get banned? They violated my rights to know about my ban. And this happens probably not only to me, but other innocent people too. Nexon should go down and so does the game. Koreans sure make the worst games and worst products ever. Why can I say this? Because I am a Korean disgusted at our companies' terrible and almost nonexistent after-service policies and horrible customer support manners.

Nexon clearly states that they can remove your account & anything associated with your account for any reason & at any time. So they can basically ban anybody for absolutely nothing & theres nothing anybody can do about it. So if you're going to sue them, they will just remove anything linked with you & nobody will even know you played MS before. Case closed.
