If I were you, I'd get the Elite Helisium equips first for damage, but unless you plan on getting Tyrant gear, I wouldn't get that. For the Dex% or Scrolling?, It really depends personal preference. If you like to scroll, go for it. If you want to get a better potential for the ring, do that

I'll, more likely than not, have at least 300 coins on my Kaiser by the time Angelic Buster is released, not including the cost of the Soul Shooter (and possibly the pendant). Is it a better use of my coins to keep trying to get % DEX items (only have a 3% DEX ring at the moment) or to get a bunch of scrolls and a few Soul Shooters to scroll?

About the weapon, hopefully we'll get the free empress stuff during the anniversary (free emp equips from boxes, as well as recipes in the anniversary shop)

According to the CMST Extractions, they're getting the nerfed version. For GMS however, there's no telling that will happen since they like to make surprises

Thanks again! I really couldn't be too sure as to what I would have done, mostly since I saw a few videos where the level 100+ Angelic Buster still used her basic attack.

For the "Recharge", keep Pink Scud as a rushing skill and when you're 4th job, it goes like:
Attack you're currently using -> Primal Roar -> Land Crash
Land crash is like a last resort

Thanks for the help! And since I'm just [i]so[/i] full of questions, can Angelic Buster put to good use the free set she gets? Since it's not a Compact, can she equip it in her Coordinate UI?

And when I'm second/third job, should I ever use the basic attack over Pink Scud or Land Crash if I need to recharge? And should I disregard Pink Scud completely in third or fourth job, even though it rushes?

@thingy97, Soul Shooters are classified as 1H weapons.

Another question: Is her weapon technically 1H or 2H?

1) not quite sure, but in the video of that super funded AB destroying almost every boss in maple, she had different hair, so probably.

2)Angelic Burster
(beginner) Soul Contract's damage buff has been decreased from 100% to 60% for Angelic Burster, 50% to 30% for linked characters
(2nd job) Affinity II's passive damage increase has been removed
(3rd job) Affinity III's passive damage increase has been decreased from 30% to 20%
(3rd job) Soul Seeker's number of forms released has been decreased from 4 to 2, chance to regenerate has been decreased from 80% to 70%
(4th job) Affinity IV's damage buff has been decreased from 50% to 30%
(4th job) Finitura Fettuccia's damage has been decreased from 5000% to 4000%, Recharge chance has been decreased from 80% to 50%
(4th job) Primal Roar's damage has been decreased from 1100% to 1000%, Recharge chance has been decreased from 50% to 40%
*taken from Orange mushroom blog, so all the credit to them.
Those are just the skill changes from the nerf.
I think there's about 2 months between the nerf and winter patch. The winter patch is where all skills have a maximum damage of 50 mill*save hyper skills.
The damage cap is just 50 mill. Not additive, neither multiplicative.

3)I havent seen a empress Soul Shooter*not soul seeker (thats the skill) in fm or smegaed. I doubt it has been released yet since if it has people would have been selling it already. Although some SS have been released, like VL, ones u can make via smithing, or ones via recipes nothing for AB has been released in Tempest shop yet.*Even thou when the Tempest shop was first released in Ariant before you could get coins*i.e. 28th of Nov, you could get AB stuff*but u couldnt because coins weren't released yet.
lolz anyways I think u have to just wait til AB, or maybe kaiser, is released to get the emp SS.

Going to brorow your thread and add some questions typically to do with GMS pre-AB release.
3) Has anyone seen/got their hands on the lvl 140 Soul Seeker? (Sharktooth thingymajig) or is it not possible to obtain from Empress until AB is actually released. I do note that the VL version seems to be obtainable.
