Made a new char to try out how fast or slow low level training would go. Levels will vary as I use Mercedes Link Skill and Zero Card for exp mods. Using the World Map to find level ranges for mobs is very helpful instead of going from spot to spot. Feel free to suggest better spots than what I have found. Also you can still do the free Tot level ups but the only one I remember is the 59 one by doing the following Knowledge Quests... Miracle Cube, Marriage, the Exp Coupon.

Lv 10-30 -Edlestien areas, I did the Lv 25 Street Lights then moved onto the Lv 35 Rock Munchers
Lv 30-37 -Elluenil Fairy Dungeon
Lv 37-46 -Gold Beach, the quests are shorter now so the leveling went pretty fast
Lv 46-50 -Kerning City swamp area, probably a better spot but this was good for me
Lv 50-56 -Reina Straight Dungeon
Lv 56-63 -Excavation Site Areas, starting with wooden masks and working my way to the undead area. Also doing the Signpost quests(kill x amount of mobs) for a quick 39k
chunk of exp.
Lv 63-70 -Sleepywood Areas, Started with Copper Drakes then moved to the deepest area and killed Taurospears til I hit 70

From there you can do Romeo and Juilet.

And yet here you are in i believe the second or third thread i spot you complaining about people not knowing where to train and SHOCKINGLY not providing any helpful information. If all these people are "scrubs" for repeating the same questions then you are by far the biggest scrub by doing nothing but repeating your complains on multiple threads with similar questions. Get over it, if you dont like it dont comment and move on.

OT: so far what ive found is ToyDualer's guide like the person above linked to, ill be trying out my aran on it to see if it will be efficient for my Shade.
