What to upgrade?
What I currently have:
5att Emp hat, crappy pot
3% dex badge
6% dex revolution cape
6% dex sunglasses
7% dex SW face accessory
14 att 3% all stat emp overall
clean emp glove
clean emp shoe
6% dex tempest accesories
bullseye ring
lucky ring S
evo ring I
234 att SW XBOW 10% total damage 3L unique
9% total damage secondary 3L unique
crappy gold emblem
21% dex earring
24 att heart
What should i prioritize upgrading?
Should I upgrade to RA since they're getting cheaper everyday?

Didnt take that in consideration but he could always try to get it himself. Maybe he can go with cra since its deflating for now.
Upgrade ur overall to sw since u have the wep already, replace the rings with gollux one and epic using red. Epic pot ur gold emblem and ur badge. Replace your shoes and ur hat with neither tyrant shoes or sw and the hat with sw or ra. You could go with 3 pieces of ra too if you arent looking for the full set of sw

My budget will probably be around 2-3b, thanks for the quick help.
