So I bought the 20$ card. I used 10$ I have 10$ left. I signed up for paybycash and clicked use balance. Nothing happened.
How do I use the other 10$?

You can use the leftover 10$ just click on use remaining balance and make an account to use it.
when you use an ultimate game card, all $20 are used, but only $10 is sent to nexon. the other $10 is stored by the site (paybycash?). Try charging the other $10 through paybycash again.

Yeah I just realized that. US$ was more than CAD... I gotta check these things more often...
If you're from an area outside of the united states then you probably got charge more than $10 for 10k nx due to the conversion rate

Nexon now doesn't accept ultimates.
