I've almost entirely redone your list. Your original build is overkill for what you need and what you want to play. In other words, all of the games you listed run at their maximum on an Nvidia GeForce GTX 650. You also cannot use all of the i7's eight threads because your programs and games use at most two threads. A little known fact to noncomputer people is that desktop i5s and i7s use the same chip.

The original motherboard, the Asus P8B75-M, cannot overclock the processor. The Raidmax power supply is incredibly unreliable. The rest of the changes to the build are price optimizations.

Confidential data security should be handled by encryption software such as TrueCrypt. If you are frequently handling a large amount of sensitive data and often need to encypt/decrypt, only then would I recommend an i7 should be used to improve the parallel computing. If you clarify what kind of work you do, then I can determine if the i7 is a feasible option.

If you get the i5 3570k (which is only $170 at Microcenter) and an LGA 1155 mobo, they take off $50 from the mobo price.

Get an i5 3570k, odds are hyperthreading won't be that useful for you. Also get a z77 motherboard, or your K processor is useless. And get a MUCH cheaper keyboard, $71isn't worth it. From a quick glance over it, it isn't even mechanical.

I would recommend switching out the power supply with this one: http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=63238&promoid=1257
That Raidmax is a low-end PoS.

What will you be doing on this computer? Be specific.

Just saying but Intel has a Intel i7 3770k for like $100.

Also you're paying about 200 more than what I would consider ideal
