Noob question
How do people get legendary inner abilities? Can I keep attempting to reset my abilities in hopes of going from unique -> legendary? Or do I have to keep buying nx circulators until I hopefully get legendary inner ability?

I believe if you were over 30+ in levels before the change, they gave you like 50k+ honor xp... If you are starting a new char, you get honor xp everytime you level.
From 1-200, I am at about 83k ish honor xp. I think I used about 1k though, dont remember. Around 80k for sure.

They changed it so now you don't need nx to get legendary inner ability, just luck. And it's probably a good a idea to lock in the legendary part once you get it, so it doesn't downgrade to unique.
Er i got legendary on my WA just using the Honor Points.
Use Pink Circulators to get to Unique and lock(Or not) and try to get Legendary by resetting.
