xplicit behaviorquot Crime in Ohio Aug, 2012

I've just heard of this news today, but oh lord, this whole crime is despicable. A highly renowned highschool football team in a nobody city encouraged "explicit behavior" on a 15yr old girl who had been drunk all night at one party, and was then passed through parties to be taken advantage of even more. Yet, only two people were actually convicted of this crime when everyone who was a bystander was involved. The only reason why the football team wasn't charged was because their supervisors vouched for their innocence only because they're currently a star football team. This makes me so angry... like how can people be brought up in the world to act that way?

Edit: sorry for the crappy title, I used quotations on "explicit behavior."
