i have one! got it from the wheel of marvels or whatever it was called, when i got it, it was in my evan and it was untradeable, i didnt drop it thinking someday it would be at least tradeable in account, it happened and one day i was bored with cubes and cubed it from rare 3L to epic 3L with 9% luk now idk whether to use on db or phantom

I did got one from gacha a while ago, it's tradeable through the same account and it's only for thieves.
