Let me put it this way. At 13x I probably would have been able to clear ranked Dojo on my Kaiser. Maybe not fast, but I would have done it. On my Hayato, I wasn't able to make it past Pap (timed out on me). Kaiser's are a bit too powerful.

Yeah kaiser by a landslide. But Hayato is way more fun!
Kaiser. I believe kaiser is highest atm if I'm not mistaken. I could be wrong as I have no source to this fact. Thats just what I've heard.
