Planned Parenthood
So I'm about to go to planned parenthood for the first time ever and I'm kinda nervous.
I feel like I'm gonna be judged the second I walk in I know I'm doing the right thing to get tested but I'm thinking like omg what if I actually have something
Anyone have good/bad experiences with them?

They won't mail unless you specifically give them permission. If they do it without permission, it can violate HIPAA.
Uh I didn't know they test for STDs there. What people would judge you? The employees?

This actually makes me feel a lot better thank you. I'm in the waiting room right now
It's not a big deal. I was also worried that I might have something but after I got tested and confirmed I don't have anything it really gave me a peace of mind. You don't know any of the people there and chances are they have no idea who you are and you're never going to see them ever again. It was a super easy procedure so don't worry.

Yea, you are bring overly worried. No harm in getting tested if that would make you feel better.
@SoulBlade I don't have any symptoms or anything I'm just being overly worried I guess..

Are you testing for pregnancy? It seems more like you're testing for an STI the way you're talking. Do they test for those? I don't have experience with such things, but I imagine everyone is there for a similar reason. Just try and realize that I guess.
I doubt anyone here would have experienced this or anything similar, but I think you're worried over nothing. Is there any reason why you think you might have something, besides doing the deed?
