Maple Leaf Council - Voice Your Opinion
So, I figured that with the introduction of the open position for Buccaneer, it's probably pretty important for the small Buccaneer community to have a voice that represents them. Basilmarket is the only community I'm really a part of, so I figured I'd post here since not everyone may have heard of it; if anyone mains a Buccaneer(Or just plays one a lot), head to [url=http://maplestory.nexon.net/community/#%2Fshowthread.php%3F1429260-MLC-UPDATED-Open-Positions-5-24-15%26nxid%3D6]this thread[/url] and nominate a Buccaneer for a "Councillor" of their class(Or another class; they need several jobs, many of which are pirates!).
I would like to state that this post is NOT about me trying to get votes. I'm an old salt around here by all means, but nominate the Buccaneer you think would do the best job of representing the community, regardless of who they are. This is an excellent opportunity to have Nexon be AWARE of many issues involving the class and improve MapleStory for ALL classes; it's important that these 'council' positions are filled by players who are truly interested in improving the game and making an effort to reach out to the communities of their classes to bring their concerns forward in an unbiased and professional manner.
Nexon is finally attempting to reach out to the community, so this opportunity should not be wasted; it could produce many good, healthy changes for MapleStory by getting key members of the community of various classes involved in the game on a meaningful level.

It's worth a shot. A lot of community oriented projects can be done very well if the company gives them enough lee-way, and it can really bring people together.
Also I'm totally looking forward to getting my power creep further, don't worry; I've got to get past 200k clean range somehow! All joking aside, even if the project is a failure, it's a nice try, and it has a lot of potential; instead of wasting it off the bat, it's best to at least try and use it for something good.
